1. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: Standard rates from PostNL

2. Shipping confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping partner’s website. Utilizing the tracking number, you can monitor the progress of your order’s delivery.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For orders exceeding a certain amount, we offer free shipping. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout, before you finalize your order.


4. International Shipping

We also provide international shipping for customers outside the Netherlands. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international shipments. 5. Returns

  • Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge.
  • For returns from other countries, the cost is the responsibility of the customer.
